Downloading Eluminate Live Software

Go to the Elluminate Live website at the link given to you by the GBOL tech support personell.

The following screen should appear:

If you are not prompted to run the program, you may need to re-adjust your Explorer security options at least temporarily in order to download the plug-in.

Once you have adjusted your settings and have clicked on Run program, the download will complete and you will be presented with the following page:

This screen will remain even when the new program window appears but can be closed once you see the VRoom on your screen:

Click OK when you see this prompt and you will begin the login process.

When your login has processed, you will see the following “VRoom”. The only control you will need to be concerned with for initial technical support will the the “Share” button. Once both you and the technical support staff have logged into the VRoom, you will need to click the link as shown in order for the support staff to view your desktop as it appears to you.
